H.O.P.E. FastTrack service offering you free support through the SOAR program for adults who are homeless, justice-involved, or living with a serious disability.

Services are provided by a Certified SOAR Representative trained in the adult SOAR model.

The SOAR (SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery) program is a nationally recognized model developed by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).

It is designed to help:
- Adults with serious mental illness (SMI)
- People with very low or no income
- Those who are homeless or at risk of losing housing
- Adults involved in the justice system

If you meet SOAR guidelines, you will never be charged a fee.
